Zone - Choose your transfer zone using the tables on the right. If your hotel is not listed, don't worry - we still go there, it's just impossible to list every hotel or private condo in the world. Using the hotels listed, it should be pretty obvious which zone yours is located in. If not, just give us a call or drop us an e-mail and we'll be glad to help you.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Date - Choose the date from the calendar.
Time - The scheduled arrival time of your flight (from your ticket) - please remember to tell us if it's AM or PM.
Airline - The name of the airline you'll be arriving on (i.e. American Airlines or Alaska Airlines).
Flight # - The flight number you'll be arriving on as shown on your ticket.
Hotel - The Name of the hotel we'll drop you off at.
FLIGHT DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Date - Type in the date you are leaving Cabo. Choose the date from the calendar.
Time - The scheduled departure time of your flight (from your ticket) - please remember to tell us if it's AM or PM. You do not need to request a pickup time. We know when to pick you up based on your hotel and departure time. We'll let you know when and where with your confirmation.
Airline - The name of the airline you'll be departing on (i.e. American Airlines or Alaska Airlines).
Flight # - The flight number of your departing flight on as shown on your ticket.
Hotel - The Name of the hotel we'll pick you up at. We list this field twice because many people spend a few nights at one hotel, then switch over to another hotel during their stay.
